This new apple from New York is characterized by a monster crunch, and one of its parents is the popular Honeycrisp.
SnapDragon apples have an extra sweet flavor with hints of vanilla and spice. They’re also “two-napkin” juicy! They’re excellent for fresh eating, and great for salads and gourmet recipes.
The SnapDragon, along with the Ruby Frost, is one of two exciting new apples that were 10 years in the making, developed by Cornell University’s apple breeding program.
